Shipping:

I ship using US Postal First Class or Priority Mail. You can estimate transit times by using their website. www.USPS.com . Some items are drop shipped directly from our manufacturers or distributors.

If you need expedited service. Additional charges will apply. It is up to you to inquire on these charges, otherwise they will be added to your order.

We ship internationally. Additional charges will apply. It is up to you to inquire on these charges, otherwise they will be added to your order.

Every domestic order that leaves Northern Ice and Dance will have delivery confirmation. We recommend purchasing insurance for your shipment. We are not responsible for items lost in transit. The following chart outlines the rates from the US Postal Service:

Returns/Exchanges:

15 day money back guarantee on any item returned unmodified in it's original packaging in "new" condition. (See below for outline of "new" condition.) No restock charge for items returned for a new size, store credit or product exchange. 20% restock charge for items returned for refund except when we have made a shipping error. We will pay for shipping (Outbound Northern Ice) on ONE exchange. All returned items must have some form of tracking and we recommend insuring the item as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks.

"New condition": blades not sharpened (unless sharpened by us), skates are not to be used on the ice, tags must be on garments, not washed, no odor, etc.

Requests for exchanges must be received within 15 days of receipt of the item(s).

Custom items are not returnable. This includes custom skates, skates with blades mounted by Northern Ice,custom dresses, apparel made to specific sizes, items with names. etc. We will make every attempt to help with fit prior to shipping.

Tights are not returnable once opened. "Crash and Dent" or clearance items are not returnable.

You must contact Northern Ice prior to shipping item for refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee that we will credit the purchase price if you do not contact us prior with to returning the item.

Shipping Addresses - using anything other than this address will delay our response or we may not receive the item.

Refused Packages: Refused shipments will be charged outbound shipping and any costs incurred for return shipment. Refused items are subject to 20% restock charge.
