Warm-Up for Figure Skaters -DVD
Daria Classen is registered Yoga teacher, a cetified Pilates instructor, a USFSA Gold Medalist (Figures & Free), and a PSA Master Rated Coach. As such, she is uniquely qualified to adapt Yoga, Pilates, and Ballet into a Warm-Up for Figure Skaters of all ages and abilities.
Warm-Up for Figure Skaters is a flowing 20 minute warm-up to get you on the ice warmed-up and ready to go. The Warm-up can also be done on your "off days" to stay strong and limber. Using the tape will help you to:
• Improve Felxibility and develop longer extensions.
• Increase Core Strength by developing stronger abdominal and back muscles.
• Develop Breath Control by learnig to inhale and exhale with movement, which inturn will improve stamina for programs.
