An outdoorsy girl through and through, this knit jacket features a distinctive horse’s head emblem on the back created with intarsia knit.
Paired with a luxe Sherpa fleece lined collar and a snug fleece lining, this design looks right at home on the ranch. Slit pockets and decorative motifs around the waist and cuffs complete the look.
Handmade in Nepal.
Dry clean/hand-wash only.
Lost Horizons knitwear is a proud member of the Fair Trade Federation. As the seasons change and we slowly get ready for next fall, we are grateful of the work of our designer, Julie Powell.
A true artist and craftsperson, Julie has been working with wool since the late 1960s. Over the course of her career, Julie has collaborated with some of the biggest names in US apparel and outdoor wear. Julie has been partnering with groups of knitters in Nepal for almost two decades, sharing skills, knowledge, and design known-how, and forming tight, personal bonds. The scale of her positive impact on Nepali women and their families is tremendous.
All our hand crafted knitwear is created using 100% wool, sustainably sourced in New Zealand. Rich hues, deep tones and often unlikely color combinations characterize Lost Horizons’ creations.
Each accessory and sweater capture the vibrant colors of life to bring joy and warmth to your winter wardrobe. From the foothills of the Rockies, where our knitwear is designed, to the foothills of the Himalayas, where it is hand crafted, nature's palette is the common thread connecting all of us over time and across continents.
