Jerry's Juliette #163 Beaded Skating Dress

This 2-tone dress pairs royal blue velvet at the neck and down the sleeves, and cornflower blue mesh at the shoulders, in the front lycra princess panel and the underskirt. Swishes of clear and sapphire crystals accent the front and back.
