Jerry's Tied with a Bow #598 Skating Dress

This skating dress is a bit formal while staying a bit playful, featuring glitter mesh sleeves and gathered glitter mesh at the neck that is finished with a velvet bow. The back dips to a bow and the georgette skirt dips slightly lower at the back.
