Refund policy

Returns or exchanges within 15 days.

Tags on, unworn, NEW condition.

"New condition": blades not sharpened (unless sharpened by us), skates are not to be used on the ice, tags must be on garments, original packaging, not washed, no odor, etc.

Please take care when trying on apparel. Be gentle with fabric to avoid popped stitches or missing beads. Wear undergarments at all times when trying on apparel. Avoid food, perfume and other lingering smells. Apparel must pass “as new” smell inspection.  

You must include a note in your return that indicates your order information and the intent of the return/exchange.

If your return does not meet these requirements, the refund will be denied. No exceptions.  

 

20% Restock

No restock is charged for product exchange on “as new”, eligible items.

We do not offer return labels but will cover the shipping on the exchanged items. (Outbound Northern Ice) on ONE exchange. All returned items must have tracking and we recommend insuring the item as we are not responsible for items lost in transit. Your refund will be processed within 2 weeks.

 

* Northern Ice and Dance is not responsible for items lost in transit. We recommend having a secure delivery location. Northern Ice is not responsible for packages that go missing after delivery.

* Custom items and special orders are not returnable. 

* Tights and undergarments are not returnable or exchangeable. 

* You must contact Northern Ice prior to shipping item for refund/exchange. We cannot guarantee that we will credit the purchase price if you do not contact us prior with to returning the item.

 

Shipping Addresses: Using anything other than this address will delay our response or we may not receive the item.

International orders ship complete. If there are items on the order that require production time, everything will ship when those items are ready. Alternative partial shipment arrangements can be made but will likely require additional shipping charges. 

 

We do not ship to EU countries or countries that require VAT tax be collected in advance. If you cannot see the website order information, we do not ship to your country. Your location is determined by your IP address.
