Black velvet skating dress with a sweetheart mesh insert and wide shimmer velvet straps that provide coverage for bra straps. Curves of crystals catch the light at the front of the dress and a long dance length skirt of flocked velvet bows with silver outlines is set over a solid black georgette underskirt.
